Own Your Breathe offers personal training at the time and place of your convenience, either home
or your gym/studio. A trainer of your preference will be allotted to you who will guide you through
your journey of Yoga.

 Customization of class – The asanas and intensity of class will be that which suits you best.
We all know and believe that all the five fingers of the hand are not same. Each one learns
differently and has his own speed. It is not that we put you in a comfort zone but that we
make you move away from your comfort zone but in your own body limits.
 Easy way of Yoga Therapy – For Yoga therapy, personal classes are always suggested. The
asanas and pranayama that are provided are different for different ailments. A trainer can’t
give personal attention to every student in group classes, which often leads to
disappointment. Hence, it is always easier as well as satisfying for both for the trainer and
student.
 Pick Up from where you left!! Yes, if you used to practice Yoga and left mid-way because of
‘n’ number of reason(s) and you wanna kick start again, personal classes are best for you.
You can coordinate with your trainer and design the class the way you want. Maybe you
are/were good at certain category of asanas and on a few you aren’t. So, we will practice
and give more attention and time to the weaker areas. This might not be possible in group
classes.
