We at Own Your Breathe aim to inculcate this ancient culture and knowledge of well being in this
modern society where people are so busy earning money but forget to take care of themselves.
Today’s society is facing innumerable health issues which are not only physical in nature but also
mental. In the past two decades reported problems of stress, depression and anxiety have risen to a
very high number. When we sit back and try to find answers as in why this is happening, the only
answer that we have is that probably we are not giving enough time and importance to ourselves. Or
rather we should say that we are giving more importance to the outside world than we are giving to
that which is inside. The problems that we face in our day to day lives is not something which only
this generation is facing. It was always there for humankind.
But the only difference is that people then knew how to own their breathe and now they don’t
know.
We at Own Your Breathe aim to pass on and spread this ancient wisdom to the society and create a
world of happy and peaceful yogis.
