Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga where focus is given to a specific muscle or part of the body in order to release blockages and improve flexibility. It has great healing effect and calms down the mind by releasing stress from the particular body part or muscle. It improves pranic flow and rejuvenates the body, mind and soul.
